Lee Lynch's most recent book, Defiant Hearts:

Her nationally syndicated column of thirty-six years, "The
Amazon Trail," is collected in two volumes, An
American Queer, and The Amazon
Trail, also available from Bold Strokes.
Lee is the namesake and first recipient of the Golden Crown
Literary Society's Lee Lynch Classic Award (for the classic
novel, The Swashbuckler) and is
also a GCLS Trailblazer. She's a three-time Lammy finalist.
Other honors include the James Duggins Mid-Career Award,
the Alice B Readers Award, induction into the Saints &
Sinners Literary Hall of Fame, and Goldie Awards for General
Fiction, Creative Non-Fiction, Ann Bannon Popular Choice
awards, and Trailblazer.
Originally from NYC, Lee now lives in the Pacific Northwest
with her wife Lainie Lynch (pictured above).
